How I desire to fly up high
Up, up to the golden blue sky
To dive into the sea of divine clouds
It would be like the chilly wind's sough
Would it be the same as the roaring sea?
No, it would be better than a shopping spree
Please friend, let me grow my oh so desired wings
So that I can escape those annoying pings and dings
I'm going for a humorous poem that satirizes the self-obsessed. This poem is kinda abstract ahahahaha. Notice how each line gets more longer with more syllables-I suppose it symbolizes how more and more annoyed I get about self-obsessed people. I don't know, what do you think this poem symbolizes?

I'm thinking this poem symbolizes something else. If I recall, most people view the sky as freedom. And in this way, the longer the stanzas get, the higher you go, and the more free you feel. At least, that's how I view this poem. I really like what you did.Clap
